Rule One

Self-bots, spamming and automation

Usage of self-bots (bots which run using your own account), macros, scripts or any other method of automating commands is strictly not allowed.

Rule Two

Exploiting Asphalt

Using and sharing bugs/glitches in Asphalt is forbidden. Please report these via our support system, which can be reached by DMing Asphalt on Discord, or by running /gethelp

Rule Three

Paywalls, or other requirements

You should not restrict usage of Asphalt, or restrict any giveaways for Asphalt-related items to those who have paid. For example, restricting bot usage to those who have Patreon roles, donator roles (that use real-world currency), booster roles etc.

Putting Asphalt behind a verification role, usually meaning that users will have to verify themself to get a role which will then grant them full access to the server, is allowed.

Rule Four

Racism, Homophobia, Transphobia, Sexism and Slurs

Asphalt has monitoring systems in place to detect misuse of Asphalt in this manner, we do not tolerate it in any way, shape or form. If you are found to be using Asphalt in this way, you will be sent an official Asphalt Support warning, and then if the behaviour continues, we will issue a block from Asphalt for that specific module.

Rule Five

Misuse of the Bank Admin command

Asphalt provides a facility for bank administration within your guild, being the /bankadmin command. Misuse of this command to game the economy and grant huge amounts of money is not permitted. If caught, you will be issued up to 5 warnings across your server. Continuation of misuse will result in the bank admin command being blocked from your server, and an economy wipe (of those whose accounts have been modified by the command) and a wipe of inventories

Rule Six

Trading for Real Money

Asphalt's currency, crates or items are not to be traded for real-world money, discord nitro or alternate bot currencies. Anyone caught selling items will have their inventories across all servers wiped and be blocked from using the Bank commands within Asphalt

Rule Seven

Discord Terms of Service and Usage Guidelines

By using Asphalt, you accept Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guideline, both of which are enforceable through Asphalt.
