Note that data collected is stored within the same datacentre (located in New York, US)

By using this bot in any way, shape or form, you agree to this, and allow Asphalt to do so. If you do not agree to this, you may leave the server or speak to a member of our Support team to be blacklisted to ensure that the bot does not collect your end user data.

If, at any point, you wish to receive a copy of your data - or request that it be removed, you can simply use the commands /requestdata and /purgedata respectively.

Neither I (Connorwrightkappa#1337, the developer) nor the Asphalt support team will be liable or responsible for damages of any (including, without limitation, damages caused, loss of information or data, or any other indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages) arising out of the use of Asphalt, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
